Join us as we attempt to break the World Record for 'The Largest Gathering of people dressed in Regency Costumes' at the GRAND REGENCY COSTUMED PROMENADE and WORLD RECORD ATTEMPT. Which officially opens the Festival. We will gather in the historic Assembly Rooms to attempt the World Record and walk through the beautiful City Centre ending in the lovely Parade Gardens.
The fun continues throughout the Festival including a variety of dance workshops, Exsultate Jubilate a concert at Bath Abbey, etiquette workshops, walks and talks on Jane Austen, her novels and Regency life and Plays (and even a musical) aplenty.
Not to be missed is the REGENCY COSTUMED MASKED BALL with a reception in the twilit Roman Baths followed by the Ball in the Pump Rooms.
